Our Process

01. Inquire

Share your event details via our inquiry form. We’ll thoughtfully review and arrange a personal consultation to refine every aspect of your vision.

We’ll talk in-depth about your color palette and overall vision for your day. By the end, you’ll receive a preliminary verbal estimate, with a full proposal to follow.

02. Virtual Consultation

03. Booking

We’ll send over a detailed design plan for you to review. Once you’re happy with it, simply place your deposit and we’ll lock in your date!

04. Plans in motion

With the plan in place, we’ll be hard at work behind the scenes. You’ll hear from us again as we approach the “final details” stage. In the meantime, if anything changes or you have questions, feel free to reach out—we’ll adjust as needed.

05. Final Details

About a month before your wedding, we’ll review each detail, finalize your timeline, and confirm any extras. Afterward, we’ll update your contract to ensure everything’s in place.

06. Wedding Day

Your dedicated floral design team will arrive on site to begin executing your designs and will not depart until every detail has been styled to perfection.

  • Yes, we have a large inventory of rentals exclusively for our clients, offering vases, candlelight, votives, linens, charger plates, arches, and pillars.

  • Yes! We can do as little or as much as you need the day of your wedding to make it stress-free for you.

  • It is our recommendation to start having conversations with us 1 year to 8 months ahead of the big day. This gives us enough time to conceptualize, edit and place flower orders!

  • Due to the time spent and ordering florals in bulk, our minimum order is $750.
